- Build CG a computer lab for the boys to learn computer skills
- Help CG buy and customize their own Jeepney as a mobile school for street kids (incredible, right?!?).
Pray for us this Sunday :)
So…
Today Sarah sent me on an assignment to get a stuffed squirrel signed by David Crowder of the David Crowder*Band.
The pictures tell the success story.
From being granted backstage access (and a free buffet dinner where I sat next to Mr. Chris Tomlin!)
To the final moment of victory post-Passion.
The squirrel was signed. Thank you very much.

You are truly loved :) Peace be with you this week.
RESOUND THIS FRIDAY!!!
Yes people, it’s on. This coming Friday. Jan 29. At The Vine Centre in Sheung Wan. My good buddy Matt Snelgrove (you heard his dad John preach at FCC last sunday) is hosting. Be there.
notes for when breaking down
I think this note is appropriate for some of us this year.
eyln:
We have often heard that God places us in misery or trouble to test us, or even to build us.
This is all true enough, but when it actually happens, we often wonder where our God has went, and even in the emptiness and sadness that follows, if we have gone the right path.
“How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”
Props to Danie for preaching such a grace-full, truth-full sermon. We need more of those.
For those of you who were there for Danie’s incredible sermon:
The question: “Will I allow God to change my perspective this year?”
An observation from a guest: the change on the floor was picked up.
(That guest was Phil by the way…)
